West Ham defender James Collins picks his #One2Eleven on The Fantasy Football Club.

Collins, who plays a 4-3-3 formation, picks players he has played with at Aston Villa, West Ham and on the international stage with Wales.

Here's what he had to say about his #One2Eleven: "It's been tough. I've played with a lot of good players, I've had to pick 11 and sorry to all those that I've left out."

Who has made the cut? Let's find out...

GOALKEEPER: Shay Given

Goalkeeper is a hard position for me to pick but I've gone for Shay Given. He played at Aston Villa with me for a good few years. He's a top quality 'keeper. He won't like me for saying this but he was a bit older when I played with him at Villa but even in training he was superb. He trained how he played. I had to leave out Rob Green and Brad Friedel - two tremendous goalkeepers - but it was Given for me.

LEFT-BACK: Gary Speed

An easy choice. I played with Speed a lot with Wales. He slotted in at left-back and obviously his experience and knowledge of the game next to me as a young central defender made it easy for me. Going on he obviously managed me as well with Wales. To have someone of Gary Speed's quality, and again such a nice man off the field, it was an easy choice.

CENTRE-BACK: Danny Gabbidon

For the right centre-back I've gone for Danny Gabbidon. I've spent a long time playing with Gabbs and he's a childhood friend. We come from the same area back in Wales in Newport. I've known him probably 20 years now. He's a tremendous player. We were both signed from Cardiff and came to West Ham together. Again, there's a few I could have played like James Tomkins and Winston Reid but Gabbs is my good mate off the pitch so I have to go with him.

CENTRE-BACK: Richard Dunne

I've gone for Richard Dunne. I don't think he got the credit he deserved throughout his career. He was a tremendous player, who made an unbelievable amount of appearances for Man City. He won their Player of the Year five years on the bounce I think and I was fortunate I could play with him at Villa. I learnt so much from him.

RIGHT-BACK: Luke Young

He was a tremendous player. He was a good lad off the pitch as well. All the lads in my team I got on well with off the pitch. It was an easy choice at right-back.

CENTRE MIDFIELD: Mark Noble

To sit in and protect the back four I've gone for Mark Noble, who I am playing with at West Ham. He was breaking into the team when I signed and he's pretty much played every game since. He's top class and in my opinion he should have played for England. He's still young and has been performing week in week out in the Premier League and he's been doing it for so long - he had to go in the team.

ATTACKING MIDFIELD: Aaron Ramsey

For the more attacking player of the three, I've picked Aaron Ramsey. I've played with Aaron for a while now at Wales. He's a tremendous player, a world-class player who is doing it week in, week out for Arsenal.

ATTACKING MIDFIELD: Stewart Downing

Next to Rambo I've gone for Stewart Downing. I played with him at Villa and again when he came to West Ham. He's a tremendous footballer, who has played at top clubs. He always performs and he is missed at West Ham. It's a shame he left in the summer.

LEFT WING: Ryan Giggs

I would have picked Downing on the left but I had to pick from Gareth Bale and Ryan Giggs. In the end I've gone for Giggs. I played with him for Wales and I don't think there is too much I need to say about him. I think anyone who played with him would have him in his team.

CENTRE FORWARD: Carlos Tevez

It was a tough choice but I've gone for Carlos Tevez. He's a world-class player, who has done it at international level. He scored so many goals in the season we stayed up with West Ham in 2007. He was instrumental for us in that season and that's why he's in my team.

RIGHT WING: Gareth Bale

He's not going to like it but I've had to put Gareth on the right. He can cut in from the flank and score a couple with his left foot. He's a top man off the pitch and a world-class player on it.
