WATCH: Manuel Lanzini and Adrian give West Ham finishing lesson in Academy of Football - Episode 4

Our West Ham fans' team have been learning how to finish around the penalty box with first-team forward Manuel Lanzini and 'keeper Adrian.

West Ham IFC - an amateur team made up of Hammers fans - are currently on a six-week training programme with the Premier League club.

In episode three, the team received a surprise visit from James Collins and Winston Reid as they worked on their tactical game with Hammers legend Tony Carr.

In the latest instalment, Lanzini and Adrian have come along to give the amateur boys two different perspectives on putting the ball into the net, plus Tony Carr has some exciting news about their next fixture!
