Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas is confident in-demand forward Alexandre Lacazette will still be at the club next season.

Sky sources understand West Ham are still interested in signing Lacazette, despite having had a club record £31m bid turned down by Lyon

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has refused to deny his interest in the Frenchman, who was not included in Didier Deschamps' squad for Euro 2016, while Juventus have also been linked with a move.

Lyon value Lacazette at £40m, but Aulas does not expect to be negotiating the sale of the 25-year-old this summer.

"We have had a few calls, but Alexandre will stay. I think it is his desire and the coach counts on him, "Aulas told French television channel Canal+.

Lacazette scored 27 times in 33 appearances during the 2014/15 campaign and added a further 21 goals league goals last season.
