West Ham have finalised the signing of Manchester United striker Ashley Fletcher on a four-year contract.

The 20-year-old becomes Slaven Bilic's fourth signing of the summer after Havard Nordtveit, Sofiane Feghouli and Gokhan Tore joined the club.

The England U20 international ended last season on loan with then Sky Bet League One side Barnsley, scoring one of their goals as they secured promotion to the Championship in the play-off final against Millwall at Wembley.

Fletcher was also a regular scorer at youth and U21 levels for United, and he scored on his England U20 debut against France last November.

United will be due compensation with Fletcher's deal having run out at the end of the season, with West Ham saying terms were yet to be finalised.

"I am very excited to be here. West Ham are a massive club and I am just happy that I can come and further my development here at West Ham," Fletcher told West Ham's official website.

"I think it is a club with a lot of ambition. They have a lot of good players and it was a special final season. They managed to finish the campaign very well.
