Slaven Bilic has said his West Ham players can celebrate the festive season but the club will not be holding a Christmas party.
Bilic's charges followed up a humiliating 5-1 home defeat to Arsenal at the beginning of the month with a a 2-2 draw at Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool and consecutive 1-0 victories over Burnley and Hull City at the London Stadium.
As such, the Croatian manager says he has no problems with his players celebrating Christmas, though he has admitted that he has cancelled the staff Christmas party with big games looming.
"There is nothing wrong with having a couple of beers at the right time, after the game," said Bilic.
"I want (the players) to be mentally free, I want them to enjoy their lives. I want them to enjoy that we had six points from these two demanding games.
"I (will) take my staff out but I told them, 'No Christmas party.'
"We can have a Christmas party in January or February, let's do the business first, because I want to enjoy that night out."
Since moving to the Olympic Stadium from Upton Park West Ham have struggled, winning just five games from 17 league fixtures.
Two wins in a week has seen the club move up to 13th in the table however, five points clear of the relegation zone.
West Ham next travel to Swansea City on Boxing Day before games against Leicester City and Manchester City on December 31 and January 2 respectively.
