Simone Zaza's unhappy spell at West Ham looks set to end with the striker agreeing to a move to Valencia, according to Sky sources.
The Hammers signed Zaza on loan from Juventus last summer in a deal which was to become permanent if he played in 14 games.
Zaza, who has accepted the move, played 11 times, failing to score, and West Ham are unwilling to sign him.
Juventus have accepted an offer from Valencia to take him on loan for the rest of the season.
There will be a €2m loan fee with an obligation to buy at £14m with a further €1.75m in add-ons, provided two conditions are met.
They are that Valencia are not relegated from La Liga, and that he makes over 10 appearances for them.
Zaza, 25, could travel to Valencia on Friday to undergo a medical.
