Marko Arnautovic says he has had a difficult start to his West Ham career but feels he is ready to give everything to the team.
The Austrian forward has yet to score for West Ham this season following his move from Stoke City in the summer.
The £24 million record signing was also sent off in his second game at Southampton and was booed by a section of supporters in the home defeat to Liverpool, which cost Slaven Bilic the manager's job.
"It was hard for me at the beginning of the season," Arnautovic said.
"I got the red card, then I was ill when we played Swansea and it was hard mentally for me, but I think I'm ready, I'm fit and I hope I can give everything for West Ham."
Arnautovic scored seven goals for Stoke last season and now hopes to emulate that success at West Ham.
"I'm not here for no reason, and I want to show the fans, the players and everyone involved at West Ham that they can count on me," he said.
"I want to help the team, I want to give assists and score goals. Hopefully that can come in the future."
Arnautovic featured in West Ham's 1-1 draw with Leicester on Friday night, where David Moyes secured his first point as the Hammers' manager.
