David Moyes insists change of culture needed at West Ham

David Moyes has called on West Ham to undergo a change of culture to stop "regular leaks" coming out of the club.
Andy Carroll was sent home from training on Tuesday following a row with Moyes, and news of the bust-up became public knowledge soon after.
The England international has since apologised to the Hammers boss and returned to training after being fined by the club, and Moyes is keen to draw a line under the affair.
However, the Scot admits the incident was made more difficult by the culture at the club, which has seen news - including transfer stories, leaked in recent seasons.
"It makes it very difficult," Moyes said. "There are so many different things that can happen at football clubs daily, whether it be transfers, dealing with players, team selection and you hope you get a little bit of trust.
"I have got to say I have had to come to terms with the culture of West Ham and it seems that leaked stories are part of it here.
"Can I change it? I'm sure every manager who has come in has tried to change it. I've tried not to waste any energy and not get too wound up about it because I think it is the culture of West Ham United. I would love to change it in many ways.
"If regular leaks are coming out of the club I can't see how that's a good thing. I don't think it is good for the players either."
When asked to identify other areas in need of a culture change at the London Stadium, Moyes said: "Things like recruitment. The head of recruitment and the manager should be the people running that."
