West Ham defender Angelo Ogbonna is set to miss the next four games with a hamstring injury.

The summer signing from Juventus was injured during the first half of Monday night's 2-0 win over Newcastle.

A bulletin from West Ham's medical staff said he is expected back "within three weeks", but that timescale is likely to rule him out of Premier League games against Manchester City, Norwich and Sunderland and a Capital One Cup tie at Leicester.

Mauro Zarate, who has missed three matches, is back in full training and could return for the live Saturday Night Football trip to City.

Alex Song is still in rehab after ankle surgery, while the club's head of medical and sports science Stijn Vandenbroucke said Enner Valencia is "putting in the hard work" in his recovery from knee and ankle injuries.
