Watford say no decision has been made on the future of manager Quique Sanchez Flores and they will hold discussions with the Spaniard at the end of the season.

A statement from the club said they were "very happy" with the job Flores has done so far and said nothing would be decided until in-depth discussions were held with the manager at the end of the campaign.

Following his appointment in the summer, Flores has led the Hornets past the 40-point mark and to mid-table in the Premier League, as well as the semi-finals of the FA Cup at Wembley, where they were beaten by Crystal Palace on Sunday.

However, after a promising start to the season, their league form has been inconsistent in the second half of the campaign which has created speculation Flores' position was under threat, despite being 10 points clear of the relegation battle.

Watford, however, maintain it is very much business as usual for the remainder of the season.
