Watford will travel to Southampton on the opening day of the Premier League 2016/17 season in Walter Mazzarri's first game in charge of the Hornets.
Former Inter Milan coach Mazzarri face a tough start to life in the Premier League, with games against Antonio Conte's Chelsea (h), Arsenal (h), West Ham (a) and Manchester United (h) all following the clash at St Mary's on August 13.
The Vicarage Road side will travel south to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Boxing Day, before a short trip to Tottenham Hotspur on New Year's Eve.
The final four games of the campaign sees Watford take on Liverpool (h), champions Leicester (a), Ronald Koeman's Everton (a) and Manchester City (h), as the Hornets look to secure Premier League survival for the second successive season.
