New Watford head coach Quique Flores reveals his decision to manage in the Premier League and why he chose newly-promoted Watford.

The Nigeria international scored 20 times in 38 appearances for the Hornets last season to help them secure a return to the Premier League.

That haul included four goals in the 7-2 victory over Blackpool in January and his goalscoring feats have not gone unnoticed by Hebei, who finished 14th in the second tier of Chinese football in 2014.

The club are managed by former Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona head coach Raddy Antic, who also played for Luton in the 1980s.
