Brentford boss Lee Carsley rules out full-time role

Lee Carsley has said he does not want the Brentford head coach job permanently and he expects to leave the club altogether at the end of the season.
The 41-year-old was thrust into the role on Monday - promoted from being the club's development coach - after Marinus Dijkuizen was sacked.
Former Everton and Birmingham midfielder Carsley insists his goal is to be a youth coach and he admits it would be unlikely he could go back to the role at Brentford next summer.
After his side were beaten by Birmingham in his first game in charge, Carsley said: "I don't want the job permanently.
"I didn't ask to be a football manager. It certainly wasn't something I put my hand up for. I want to be a coach - I love coaching.
"I'm still involved with the England U19s and I think the development side to the game is a big strength of mine. It's just so happened that the last two clubs I've been at I've ended up as a caretaker manager.
"I wouldn't have thought I could go back to being the club's development coach either. I've been in the situation before at Coventry. It's always difficult to go back.
"Kevin O'Connor's there doing the development team anyway and he's a good coach. He's ready for it and he knows the club more than anyone. The development team is in good hands with him."
Clayton Donaldson scored against his former club after Michael Morrison put Birmingham ahead in a 2-0 victory at Griffin Park.
And Carsley said: "They need to be given some time. I think they just need some self-belief and confidence to express themselves.
"That's easier said than done. It's something only they can draw out and they need a sense of togetherness back."
