Wolves 0-2 Brentford: Reaction from Kenny Jackett and Lee Carsley

Brentford caretaker-manager Lee Carsley admitted he does not want the job on a permanent basis despite overseeing an impressive 2-0 win against Wolves at Molineux.
Marco Djuricin gave the visitors a deserved 17th-minute lead before Philipp Hofmann sealed the win two minutes from time to earn Brentford a second successive win and send Wolves crashing to back-to-back defeats.
Carsley, who was appointed for the rest of the season when Marinus Dijkhuizen was axed last month, thinks that in the long term it is a job for someone with more experience.
He said: "I am still making mistakes as we go. I really enjoy the coaching and I obviously enjoy winning, it was fantastic, and so was Saturday (a 2-1 win against Rotherham).
"But I am still of the same mindset. It is a big job and a great job for an experienced manager to come in and really take the club into the Premier League."
Carsley was delighted with the display against Wolves and how his side got the home fans to turn against their team, who were jeered at the interval and full-time.
He added: "We spoke about that in the pre-match as there is such an expectancy at Wolves.
"You come out in the warm-up and look at the stadium and it is a club that is ready for the Premier League. With that comes an expectancy of possibly beating teams like us when we come here.
"I have been on the other end of it where a crowd can really help you but on the other side of that they can make it a bit jittery.
"The main thing is that we play with energy and we play with enthusiasm and with that your confidence comes back."
Wolves manager Kenny Jackett was unhappy with his side's display throughout, however.
He said: "I felt that Brentford started better than us. Their passing was crisp, it was sharp and they dominated midfield and we didn't work hard enough to close them down.
"We let them build up some momentum and they probably deserved their lead, even though it was a deflected goal.
"Performance-wise we didn't really get around them and impose ourselves on them. We didn't do enough and also only really created one good chance that Benik Afobe put over the bar.
"Other than that we didn't create enough. There was a lot of huff and puff in the second half but defensively I felt that Brentford handled us well.
"That is six goals against in two games and that doesn't give you much chance of picking up points and that is what has happened. Our approach wasn't good enough and we didn't get to Brentford's tempo.
Jackett also accepted the booing which came from the crowd. saying: "In terms of the reaction at half-time and the end, it is justifiable after that performance and that result."
