German Marco Reich has sealed a free transfer move to Red Star Belgrade.
Former German international Marco Reich has sealed a free transfer move to Red Star Belgrade after Derby County decided against offering the player a new contract.
After leaving Phil Brown's English Championship side, Reich's decision to opt for a move to Serbia and Montenegro means that he will be the first German to turn out for Red Star.
Reich rose to prominence during a spell at Die Bundesliga side Kaiserslautern but moves to Cologne and Werder Bremen proved less successful and he then decided to try his luck in England with Derby.
The 27-year-old has signed a two-year contract with the Serbian club.
