West Brom manager Tony Pulis thinks the FA should alter the rules so that three-match suspensions can be handed to divers.

Pulis made his remarks in the wake of a controversial incident involving Hull's Robert Snodgrass at the weekend.

Snodgrass was awarded a penalty during the first-half of the game against Crystal Palace after going to ground in the area, but replays showed defender Scott Dann had clearly managed to pull out of the challenge.

The Palace players were incensed by the decision and Eagles boss Alan Pardew felt it was an "obvious dive".

Snodgrass apologised for the incident that evening, explaining that he was trying to ride an anticipated tackle.

Players who commit fouls which are unseen by the officials can be punished after video evidence is studied and Pulis says those rules should also cover diving.
