West Brom caretaker manager Darren Moore calls on the club to make the right decisions in order to compete and play in the Premier League again

Darren Moore says relegated West Brom need to start making the right decisions after they lost 2-0 to Crystal Palace on Sunday.

Sky Sports News understands Moore is on the shortlist to take over at The Hawthorns permanently as the club prepare for life in the Sky Bet Championship, but he says his future is not the immediate focus for the club.

"It would be unfair for me to start speculating my role," he told Sky Sports.

"The main thing here is for West Brom to look back on the season, reflect on the season and start making the right decisions that is going to put this club back on the football map in terms of trying to look forward to competing at this level again."

West Brom's defeat to Crystal Palace was their first loss under Moore, and he says the club needs to get "back on track" following their relegation.

He added: "The process is we continue to prepare for next season. The players here are still under contract.

"We look forward to changes that need to be made throughout the football club because the main focus for us now is to get West Brom back on track and get us focusing and looking forward to the future. What's happened this season has gone.
