Wolves midfielder Jack Price has agreed a deal to join Major League Soccer club Colorado Rapids for an undisclosed fee.

Price, has been with the club since the age of seven, made 115 appearances for Wolves during his time at Molineux, scoring two goals, but has started just four matches this season.

The 25-year-old told the club's official website: "I've been at Wolves for my entire footballing life so it's played a huge part in my career. I've played with some fantastic players and worked with some brilliant staff.

"Of course, a part of me is sad to leave the club after so many years, but the time is right for a new challenge and I'm really looking forward to my next step.

"I would like to thank everybody who has helped me during my time at Wolves and the fans for their support throughout my time here. It's a wonderful club and I wish it every success going forward."

Price played a key role in Wolves' League One title-winning team during the 2013/14 season as Kenny Jackett's side amassed a record-breaking points total.
