George Moncur wanted by MK Dons, Sheffield Utd and Nottingham Forest

MK Dons and Sheffield United have made contact with Colchester United over a deal for midfielder George Moncur, according to Sky sources.

Sky sources also understand Nottingham Forest are interested in Moncur, however a potential deal would need to take place in the summer as the club are currently under a transfer embargo until the end of the season. 

The 22-year-old joined Colchester from West Ham in August 2014 on loan before making the move permanent three months later. 

Moncur, who is contracted to Colchester until the summer of 2017, has scored 19 goals in 65 appearances for the League One side.
