Aston Villa left-back Joe Bennett has completed his move to Sheffield Wednesday on a loan deal for the rest of the season.
Bennett arrived at Hillsborough on Tuesday for a medical with the Championship club confirming in the afternoon they had secured the 25-year-old until June 30.
He made one appearance for Villa in the Capital One Cup in August, but was loaned to Bournemouth but did not feature for the Cherries first team.
Villa signed Bennett from Middlesbrough for £2.75m in 2012 and has made 31 appearances, 24 in the Premier League.
He also joined Brighton on a season-long loan in August 2014 and impressed in the Championship, making a total of 42 appearances for the Seagulls before returning to Villa in the summer.
Bennett has made 38 appearances in all total for Villa, and scored one goal.
