QPR co-chairman Tony Fernandes has publicly backed under-fire manager Ian Holloway.
Reports in the press over the weekend suggested Holloway was under pressure at Loftus Road after six Championship games without a win.
QPR have won just three of their 12 league games this season and currently sit 15th in the table following Saturday's one-all draw at struggling Sunderland.
They also crashed out of the Carabao Cup in the second round back in August following a heavy 4-1 defeat at home to West London rivals Brentford.
Portsmouth manager Kenny Jackett, who was Holloway's number two during his first spell as QPR manager, is the man reportedly being lined up to take over at Loftus Road if Rangers lose at bottom side Bolton this Saturday.
Fernandes has since taken to Twitter to refute the claims.
Holloway made 147 appearances as a player for QPR between 1991 and 1996 and first managed the team between 2001-2006, leading them to promotion from League One to the Championship in 2004.
After spells with Plymouth, Leicester, Backpool, Crystal Palace and Millwall, Holloway returned to QPR in November last year, replacing Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
