Jamie Vardy's disciplinary hearing will be heard at the FA headquarters at Wembley later today, Sky Sports understands.
The Leicester striker was in London on Sunday for the PFA Awards Dinner and stayed overnight in the capital.
He has requested a personal hearing and will offer mitigation for his actions following his red card against West Ham eight days ago.
The England international missed Sunday's 4-0 home win over Swansea which stretched his side's advantage at the top of the table to eight points with four matches remaining.
Leicester's remaining fixtures are away to Manchester United and home to Everton before rounding off their fairytale campaign with a trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea on May 15.
