Demarai Gray has signed a new four-year contract with Leicester City.
The winger had been in contract talks with Leicester for several months, and former Foxes manager Craig Shakespeare said an agreement was close nearly two months ago.
Negotiations have now finally come to a conclusion, with Gray signing a deal that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2021.
Speaking to LCFC TV, Gray said: "I'm very happy. Now I just want to kick on and keep doing what I'm doing. I want to be starting games and, for me to be doing that, I have to work hard in training.
"As a whole, we're a good group and we have a good dressing room. Now I want to get my head down and keep kicking on for the team.
"For me personally, it's now about developing as a player and the rest will take care of itself."
Gray was handed a start by new Leicester boss Claude Puel in the Frenchman's first game in charge, and rewarded his new manager's faith with a man-of-the-match display in the win over Everton.
Speaking after the Foxes' 2-0 victory, Puel said he felt that Gray has all the attributes to become a "great player".
Leicester rejected bids in the summer from Bournemouth and Crystal Palace, and have now moved to tie Gray to the King Power Stadium for the long-term.
Leicester take on Stoke on Saturday, live on Sky Sports Premier League from 11:30am.
