Leeds have completed the signing of Macedonia international Ezgjan Alioski from FC Lugano on a four-year deal.

The 25-year-old, who has signed for an undisclosed fee and becomes the club's ninth summer signing, has made 13 international appearances for Macedonia.

He scored 17 goals and registered 14 assists for the Swiss side last season from 36 games.

Alioski began his career as a left-back with BSC Young Boys when he was 18, before spending three years with FC Schaffhausen, but was later converted into an attacking right winger and then into a striker during his time at Lugano.

He will now join the Leeds squad for their pre-season tour of Austria and could make his debut this weekend in the friendly against FC Ingolstadt.
