Ched Evans made a goalscoring return to football on Saturday as he was on target in Chesterfield's friendly win at Ilkeston.
The former Wales striker, who faces a retrial in October over rape allegations, was playing his first game since his release from prison.
Evans signed a one-year deal with Chesterfield in June but had yet to feature in pre-season.
The 27-year-old played an hour at Ilkeston, setting up his side's opening goal for Ritchie Humphreys and scoring the second himself - a header from close range.
Jake Beesley scored the League One club's third goal.
