Nottingham Forest's annual report has revealed a loss of £21.5m for the year ending May 31, 2015, down from £24m from the previous year.
Figures show that the club's turnover had increased to £17.4m from £15.3m, although the club's net debt has risen to £82m from £52m.
The club's debt owed to the Al Hasawi family, who control the club, has also risen, increasing to £67m from £37m - although the report states that repayment will only be expected once the club is able to do so.
Other numbers show average attendances at the City Ground are up to 23,492 from 22,630, while season ticket sales have also increased to 15,482 from 14,853.
Forest are also hoping to emerge from their financial fair play transfer embargo this summer, after bringing in £7 million from the sale of Michail Antonio to West Ham.
Championship clubs will be permitted to lose a maximum of £13m during season 2015/16.
