Swansea City would be willing to sell striker Bafetimbi Gomis in January, Sky sources understand.
Qatari club Lekhwiya are the latest team to show an interest in signing Gomis according to media reports in his native France, and Swansea will not stand in his way if they receive a substantial offer and can find a suitable replacement.
Meanwhile, Alan Curtis will continue as Swansea's caretaker manager for the club's first match of 2016 - a trip to face Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Curtis oversaw his first win against West Bromwich Albion on Boxing Day and followed up that victory with a goalless draw at Crystal Palace.
Sky sources understand Swansea are considering naming Curtis as their permanent manager on a deal until the end of the season, although any decision is dependent on results.
