Swansea City will hold a minutes applause before kick off against Liverpool to commemorate the victims of the Hillsborough Disaster.

The Welsh club have had talks with Liverpool to decide how they should pay tribute to the memory of the 96 fans who died at Hillsborough in 1989.

The Liberty Stadium will host Liverpool's first Premier League game since an inquest concluded that the 96 supporters who lost their lives at the 1989 FA Cup semi-final were unlawfully killed.

There is no Premier League directive on tributes at this weekend's games, and it will be down to individual clubs to decide whether to acknowledge the Coroner's Court ruling.
