Swansea have agreed terms with Ostersund for Graham Potter to become their new manager.

Swansea confirmed on their website that a compensation package had been settled for Potter, who has agreed
personal terms and will arrive in Wales early next week to complete the move.

Potter will replace Carlos Carvalhal, who left following the club's relegation from the Premier League, and will be joined by former Hamilton manager Billy Reid as his assistant, and performance analyst Kyle Macaulay.
