Winger Jack Stacey has signed for Carlisle on loan from Reading until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old has made six first-team appearances for the Royals and featured for Barnet during a month-long loan spell at the end of 2015.
Stacey was part of the Reading Under-21 side that claimed the inaugural Premier League Cup in the 2013-14 season.
"He's a young player who has plenty we can work with. He likes to support the strikers and he's comfortable on the ball, and we think he has the kind of attributes we need to help us implement different options," manager Keith Curle said.
