Former Dover captain Connor Essam has rejoined his old club on loan from Sky Bet League 2 side Leyton Orient until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old left the Whites in July 2015 for a chance to play in the Football League with the O's, making 26 appearances for them this term.
Essam, who played 42 times for Dover last season, scored the winning goal for the Whites in an FA Cup tie against Cheltenham in 2015 to set up a third-round clash with Barclays Premier League side Crystal Palace.
The former Gillingham player could feature in Dover's match at home to Torquay this weekend.
