Josh King gave the Cherries the lead when he controlled a Harry Arter pass on his chest and fired brilliantly past Steve Mandanda in the Palace goal.

In the second-half, the game belonged to Palace who piled on the pressure, creating chance after chance and with a minute remaining, Scott Dann leaped the highest to head in the equaliser.

After the game Eddie Howe said: "Very difficult; when you think you're so close to that first win - a valuable three points - it's a sickener. You are desperate for that first win, it was a game of two halves really for us."
