Tyrone Mings enjoyed a kickabout with Bournemouth fans on Tuesday night hours after making a plea for some football on Twitter.

The Cherries left-back has endured two frustrating seasons on the south coast since his move from Ipswich, having made only 11 appearances because of a mixture of serious injury and suspension.

Mings suffered a season-ending injury on his Premier League debut at the start of 2015-16 and, after a run of games in early 2017, was then banned for five games for a stamp on Manchester United's Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The 24-year-old did not play for the club again after that Old Trafford incident on March 4.

His frustration was clear on Wednesday when he mentioned on Twitter that he was desperate for a game.

That sparked a reply from Cherries fan Alex Deutsch and within hours Mings had turned out at a local 4G pitch for a run-out alongside Yeovil player Omar Sowunmi.
