Tomas Andrade joins Bournemouth on loan

Bournemouth have signed Tomas Andrade on a season-long loan from Argentine giants River Plate.

The 19-year-old midfielder has been in training with the Premier League new boys and the Cherries have agreed a deal subject to international clearance.

Andrade was voted player of the tournament at the World U17 Championships 18 months ago and the outstanding player at this summer's U19 Dallas Cup.

He will be part of the club's U21 squad along with summer signing Filippo Costa.

The Argentine was linked with a move to Everton earlier in the transfer window.

Eddie Howe's side have had a busy transfer window which included completed the signing of striker Glenn Murray from Crystal Palace for £4m.
