Dael Fry signs new Middlesbrough contract and joins Rotherham United on loan

Rotherham have signed Middlesbrough defender Dael Fry on a season-long loan deal after he signed a new five-year deal at the Riverside Stadium.

The 19-year-old started seven games as Middlesbrough won promotion from the Sky Bet Championship last season.

Speaking on his Twitter account, Fry said: "Absolutely delighted to sign on loan for Rotherham!! Can't wait to get started!! Also happy to sign a new 5-year deal with Boro."
