Portsmouth assistant manager Leam Richardson has been handed a one-game touchline ban for his actions in the League Two side's 3-1 victory over Cambridge.

Richardson was sent to the stands at the Abbey Stadium for a half-time scuffle with U's defender Mark Roberts and he has received a ban, as well as a £750 fine.

A statement on Portsmouth's official website said: "Portsmouth Football Club assistant manager Leam Richardson has received a one-match touchline ban following an FA charge of misconduct in Pompey's recent away match at Cambridge.

"Leam has been fined B#750 following a breach of FA Rule E3 for behaviour amounting to improper conduct.
