Luton pair Alex Lawless and Jake Howells are among nine players released by the club with three more placed on the transfer list.
Midfielder Lawless and defender Howells, who have made over 500 appearances between them for Luton, have not been offered new deals, while Paul Benson, Isaac Galliford, Scott Griffiths, Ryan Hall, Mark Onyemah, Luke Trotman and Curtley Williams will all leave the club.
Defender Magnus Okuonghae, midfielder Matthew Robinson and the versatile Mark O'Brien are still in contract but have been put up for sale.
Striker Zane Banton and midfielder Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu have been offered new deals and the club has taken up the one-year option on goalkeeper Craig King.
