Adebayo Akinfenwa hit both posts for Wycombe in their 2-1 win over Grimsby on Saturday

Adebayo Akinfenwa hit both posts for Wycombe in their 2-1 win over Grimsby on Saturday.

'The Beast's' superb header in stoppage time with the scores at 1-1 beat Grimsby goalkeeper James McKeown, bouncing off the post, rolling across the line and hitting the other post.

Thankfully for Akinfenwa, team-mate Anthony Stewart was on hand to slot home and give Wycombe all three points at Adams Park, their first win since March.

Andrew Boyce's late equaliser had cancelled out Sido Jombati's delicate free-kick, but the home side nicked the points in stoppage time.
