Notts County have been issued with another winding-up petition by HMRC.
The Sky Bet League Two club, who only last month had a winding-up order dismissed, are set to be back in court on December 19 over a tax issue.
The Magpies have faced court dates several times in recent years over unpaid tax bills, most recently in April this year. They were also issued with winding-up orders in 2010 and 2013, before both cases were dismissed after the debts were paid by the club.
County were placed under a transfer embargo in May over unpaid debts to football creditors. The embargo was lifted in June.
The club are currently up for sale, with owner Ray Trew announcing in February he was to step down as chairman. Local businessman Alan Hardy is reported to have been approached about purchasing the Magpies.
