UEFA opens disciplinary proceedings over Hampden Park incidents

UEFA has opened disciplinary proceedings against the Scottish Football Association over "insufficient organisation" and "field invasions by supporters" during their Euro 2016 qualifier against Poland at Hampden Park.
The Polish FA will also have to answer for their fans' behaviour - which included the throwing of fireworks and other objects plus other crowd disturbances - but as the host nation, Scotland are implicated for not having tighter security to prevent any banned items being taken in to the stadium.
In addition, a supporter ran on during the second half to have a photo taken with Poland's Robert Lewandowksi, whose 94th-minute equalising goal ended Scotland's hopes of reaching next summer's tournament,
Police Scotland have confirmed that a total of 21 arrests were made throughout the course of the match.
UEFA's disciplinary proceedings are to be held on Friday, October 22.
