Rangers fixtures: Scottish Premiership 2016/17
Friday 17 June 2016 15:27, UK
Rangers kick off their first season back in the Scottish top flight with a home game against Hamilton Academical.
Mark Warburton's side begin their SPFL campaign at Ibrox against Hamilton on August 6, before they then travel to Dens Park to take on Dundee the following weekend.
The first Old Firm fixture of the season takes place on September 10 when Rangers travel to Celtic Park to face the SPFL champions, their first league meeting between the two city rivals in four years.
Rangers have to wait, however, until New Year's Eve to entertain Brendan Rodgers' team at Ibrox, their last top-flight encounter before the mid-season winter break begins.
Meanwhile, the third Glasgow derby of the campaign is on March 11 at Celtic, with Rangers' final game before the post-season split kicks in is a home encounter against Partick Thistle on April 15.
