New-look Rangers set to kick off Europa League campaign

Pedro Caixinha is set to field several of his summer recruits as his new-look Rangers side kick-off their Europa League qualifiers against Progres Niederkorn.

Ryan Jack, Dalcio, Fabio Cardoso, Alfredo Morelos, Carlos Pena and Eduardo Herrera could all feature against the Luxembourg minnows at Ibrox on Thursday.

Bruno Alves has also signed but is on Confederations Cup duty with Portugal, while compatriot Daniel Candeias was not registered in time.

Clint Hill, Philippe Senderos, Emerson Hyndman, Jon Toral and Joe Garner have all departed while Andy Halliday, Michael O'Halloran, Rob Kiernan, Joe Dodoo, Matt Crooks and Harry Forrester have been left out of Gers' European squad.

Barrie McKay has also been banished to the under-20s squad while Danny Wilson is still unavailable with a knee injury.
