Andy Murray will mentor two Hibernian prospects as part of a link-up between his agency and the Scottish Premiership club.

Hibs supporter Murray and his 77 Sports Management company will look after Ryan Porteous and Fraser Murray, rated two of the brightest talents in Scottish football.

Centre-back Porteous is currently Scotland's U19 captain and has been with Hibs since the age of 12, while 18-year-old midfielder Murray has scored two goals in six appearances for the Easter Road side's first-team.

The former world tennis No 1, who has been absent from the ATP Tour for nearly a year because of a hip injury, is expected to extend his mentoring role within the club over time.

Andy Murray said: "Ever since my grandad played for Hibs in the 1950s, my family have supported the club.

"We were impressed with the quality of the facilities and the people working there, it feels like a natural and authentic partnership.
