Lyon's Memphis Depay scores delightful hat-trick against Nice

Lyon playmaker Memphis Depay scored a brilliant hat-trick to help his side beat Nice 3-2 and qualify for the Champions League on Saturday.

All three of the Dutchman's goals came in the second half at the Groupama Stadium as the home team came from behind to take all three points.

Depay's opening strike was a simple close-range finish after good work by captain Nabil Fekir, before he cleverly drilled a low free-kick under the Nice wall and into the net.

However, Depay left his best for last after delightfully chipping Nice goalkeeper Walter Benitez to complete his hat-trick.
