Barcelona could head off the challenges from Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid and win the La Liga title on Sunday, Luis Enrique believes.
The Catalans top the league on goal difference ahead of Atletico, who also have 85 points and are a point clear of Real.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Enrique was confident Barca could wrap up the title this weekend with victory over city rivals Espanyol live on Sky Sports 2 at 3.45pm.
"Why not? We can do it. Only we can do it this week," he said.
"The objective we have in mind is to win our matches to be champions, because we are in control of our own fate."
Key to Barcelona's title bid will be Luis Suarez. The Uruguayan has scored 54 goals so far this season and is set to eclipse the goalscoring record of Cristiano Ronaldo to win the league's golden boot and European Golden Shoe.
However, Enrique dismissed the striker was aiming for individual accolades.
"Luis Suarez is focused on the team's objectives, and this will help him win the individual prizes."
On the derby itself, Enrique added the atmosphere at the Nou Camp would help inspire his players.
He said: "The challenge is very attractive. We are playing our last game at the Camp Nou in what I hope will be a great atmosphere. Barca fans understand the difficulty of the match and the challenge that lies ahead."
