This weekend provides a potentially pivotal round in shaping the top four as Real Madrid face a tough trip, while Atletico Madrid host Sevilla.

Barcelona will be hoping to take advantage of any slip ups when they host rivals Valencia, having slipped two points behind leaders Real last time out.

Starting with the top-four action, here's a look at this weekend's fixtures...

Real Madrid might have been handed a tough draw in facing Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-finals, but they'll be aware that their forthcoming trip will be amongst their biggest tests this season.

Bilbao are unbeaten at the San Mames since Barcelona left with a 1-0 triumph in the second weekend of the season, with the hosts winning 10 and drawing three since then.

A 2-0 win at Basque rivals Real Sociedad also means they'll be full of confidence, while European qualification is back within their sights.

Zinedine Zidane's men, meanwhile, have showed little sign of ending their wobble, having had to come from behind in three of their last four wins, while they've also dropped points against Valencia and Las Palmas in their last six.

Their defence is undoubtedly the greatest concern, having conceded 10 goals in that run, while they've recorded just seven clean sheets all season.

All eyes will be on Keylor Navas after his howler last time out and it would be no surprise to see the double-figure scoring Sergio Ramos needing to bail his side out again, despite the return of Gareth Bale.

Sky Bet prediction: Real to win from behind - 8/1

Atletico Madrid v Sevilla (Sunday 3.15pm, Sky Sports 2 HD)

Having looked genuine title challengers for the vast majority of the season, Sevilla head to the Vicente Calderon with their season in tatters.

Jorge Sampaoli's men slipped out of the title race with back-to-back draws against Alaves and Leganes before crashing out of the Champions League at the hands of Leicester, leaving them now focused on securing automatic qualification in next season's edition.

Having safely booked their own quarter-final place, Atletico head into the clash five points behind their visitors and have regained their defensive steal with Jan Oblak back between the sticks, recording three successive clean sheets.

Their only two home loses this season have come at the hands of Real and Barcelona, while they'll take further confidence from Sevilla's modest tally of just three goals from their last four outings.

Sky Bet prediction: Atletico to win to nil - 7/4

Barcelona v Valencia (Saturday 7.45pm, live on Sky Sports 2 HD)

What to make of this Barcelona side? In reflection, a drop off was understandable after the drama of their historic comeback in the Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain, but Luis Enrique will know how costly the loss at Deportivo could well be to their title chances.

The Barcelona boss has had a week to refocus his side for the clash and allowed the team a two-day break before recalling a fully-fit squad to training on Thursday, with Neymar re-joining the group after missing the Depor defeat.

They've dominated the head to head, losing just two of their last 22 meetings, while Barca's six successive wins at the Nou Camp makes it an even more daunting trip for Los Che, who have won just won of their last 10 away games.

Voro's men did record a shock 2-1 victory over Real, but their resurgence has dwindled since, losing at Alaves and Atletico, before failing to beat strugglers Sporting Gijon at the Mestalla.

Sky Bet prediction: Messi and Neymar to score - 11/8

Live La Liga Football

Eibar v Espanyol (Saturday 12pm, live on Sky Sports 5 HD)

Having taken just two points from their last three outings, Eibar will look to get their remarkable campaign back on track when Espanyol visit.

Just a point separates them in the table and nothing could in the reverse fixture, a 3-3 thriller in Barcelona, so an entertaining and competitive affair looks a certainty.

Prediction: Eibar to win and both teams to score

Alaves v Sociedad (Saturday 5.30pm, Sky Sports 5 HD red button)

Eusebio Sacristan will be demanding a response from his Sociedad side following a woeful showing in the Basque derby, when they slipped fourth points adrift of the top four.

They do, however, have one of the league's best away records, having racked up eight wins on the road, more than they have at home.

Alaves side are the league's only other team with more points on the road this season, boasting a meagre three wins at the Mendizorrotza, scoring a league low of 12 goals on home turf.

Sky Bet prediction: Sociedad to win to nil - 7/2

Real Betis v Osasuna (Saturday 7.45pm, Sky Sports 5 HD)

With just one win in 10, Real Betis are uncomfortable short-priced favourites this weekend, but Osasuna's woeful campaign justifies the odds.

The visitors have recorded just one victory all season, although that was on the road, while they secured a draw against high-flying Eibar last time out.

Relative to their form, they have been fairly free scoring, so backing the hosts and both teams to score looks the way, especially given it was the case in the reverse fixture.

Sky Bet prediction: Betis to win and both teams to score - 21/10

Leganes v Malaga (Sunday 11am, live on Sky Sports 3 HD)

Both sides will be desperate to pull clear of the bottom three on Sunday, with Malaga starting to get particularly twitchy following four successive defeats.

The south coast outfit also head into the clash without a La Liga away win in 17 attempts, while the arrival of Michel in the dugout failed to appease their problems after a 2-1 loss to 10-man Alaves in his first match in charge.

Leganes, in contrast, have pulled six points clear of the bottom three thanks to seven points from their last four outings, including back-to-back home wins and holding Sevilla to a draw.

Sky Bet prediction: Leganes to win - 7/5

Sporting Gijon v Granada (Saturday 5.30pm, live on Sky Sports 2 HD)

It looks a must-win game for both sides on Saturday evening with hopes of survival gradually slipped away.

Granada boosted their chances with three wins in five, but have since lost back-to-back games and have the worst away record in La Liga.

Sporting have three home wins, although their last was at the start of December, while three suspensions and a host of injury doubts hampers their hopes.

Prediction: Over 2.5 goals

Deportivo v Celta Vigo (Saturday 5.30pm, live on Sky Sports 2 HD red button)

Deportivo are enjoying a stunning revival under Pep Mel, racking up eight points his first four games in charge following last weekend's 2-1 triumph over Barcelona.

Their visitors have picked up just two points during that run and faced a long trip to Krasnodar on Thursday night, while they have only won twice on the road in La Liga this season.

Sky Bet prediction: Deportivo to win - 23/20
