Instead, Tasci has thrown his own name into the ring by going public with news that the former Spanish and European champions want him. "I have heard that I am on Barca's list," he explained to Bild. "If there was an offer then we would have to meet and talk about it." Tasci has a contract with Stuttgart for two more seasons and is keen to ensure that he remains popular by stating his commitment to the Bundesliga outfit.
