Real Madrid's Marco Asensio made it four goals in five matches against Eibar in La Liga with a fine half-volley on Sunday.
Asensio had been without a goal for Zinedine Zidane's men since scoring a brace against Valencia on August 27, but he ended his drought in some style.
With Real leading 1-0 thanks to an own goal from Paulo Oliveira in the 18th minute, Asensio gratefully received Isco's pegged-back cross. The 21-year-old then smashed his shot first time, on the half-volley, straight into the bottom corner of the net and past the helpless Marko Dmitrovic in goal.
Asensio delivered an inspired performance and was given a standing ovation when he was substituted in the 64th minute for Karim Benzema. The 20-year-old impressed on a night where Cristiano Ronaldo was misfiring for the hosts.
The La Liga champions emerged 3-0 winners, which sends them up into third, leapfrogging fierce rivals Atletico, and five points off Barcelona at the top of the table.
