Juventus captain Gianluigi Buffon has called for a change of attitude from his team-mates after being "shocked" with their midweek display.
The defending Serie A champions face city rivals Torino this weekend after losing 1-0 to Sassuolo on Wednesday.
The loss, their first ever against the team from Reggio Emilia, was Juve's fourth defeat in the domestic campaign and leaves them 12th in the table.
"We were doing better recently and we really wanted to avoid a defeat at Sassuolo," Buffon told Italian TV station Mediaset. "We are all very disappointed with how we played in the first half.
"We all played badly. The first half was simply unacceptable. We did better in the second half but it was still not good enough for a team like Juve.
"I am shocked and as captain, it hurts to see the team dominated in that manner.
"The team didn't give the game the importance it had and we have to change our attitude. I saw a lot of complaining to the referee and that is what losers do. We cannot drop to that level.
"We wear the Juve jersey and we must do it justice."
Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri took full responsibility for his team's latest loss and hopes they can make amends this weekend.
"I am the first to be responsible," Allegri said. "We need to get out of this situation by working together as a team.
"We will prepare for Saturday's game before focusing on the Champions League."
Juventus, who are unbeaten in the European competition, visit Borussia Monchengladbach on Tuesday.
