Two goals from Paulo Dybala helped Juventus strengthen their lead at the top of Serie A with a 2-1 win over Udinese on Saturday.
Jakub Jankto had given away side Udinese the lead after half an hour, before Argentine Dybala equalised two minutes before the break.
Six minutes after the restart Dybala was on hand from the penalty spot to give Juventus their eventual winner, leaving them five points clear of Roma at the top of the table.
A counter-attacking masterclass saw Roma earn a 3-1 victory against Napoli in their clash at Stadio San Paolo.
Roma dominated the opening 45 minutes and Edin Dzeko gave the visitors the lead just before the break and added a second just after the re-start.
Kalidou Koulibaly headed home to give the hosts a lifeline with over half an hour of play remaining, but Mohamed Salah sealed the win for Roma with five minutes left as he coolly slotted in off the post at the end of another superb counter-attack.
The result means Roma leapfrog Napoli into second in the Serie A table after back-to-back wins.
Elsewhere, struggling Pescara scored an own goal, had a man sent off and missed a penalty in their 1-1 Serie A draw at home to Sampdoria.
The hosts went behind in the 12th minute when Hugo Campagnaro nodded a cross into his own net, but the Argentinian defender made amends by heading the equaliser 11 minutes later.
Pescara lost Andrea Coda to a second yellow card in the 45th minute, and the point ensured Sampdoria remained one point ahead of their opponents.
